Export & import services

We handle the whole journey: choosing and grading the stones, custom work, export packing, documents and freight, in both directions.

Export

Crystal for buyers outside India

For importers, wholesalers, retailers and makers abroad. One contact person looks after your order from the first message to delivery.

  • Selection to your brief

Stones chosen to your grade, colour and size requirements, whether it is a pallet of one stone or a carton of many.

  • Grading & sorting

Lots sorted by grade and size fraction, so the second order matches the first.

  • Approval before packing

Photos or videos of the actual goods. We pack only when you are happy.

  • Export packing

Packing matched to each product, from bulk bags on pallets to foam-fitted boxes.

  • Documents

Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and transport documents prepared and checked.

  • Freight

Sea, air or courier, booked by us or handed to your own forwarder.

Import

Crystal brought into India for your business

For shops, lapidaries, jewellery makers and manufacturers who want material from the main producing countries without dealing with overseas suppliers, freight and customs themselves.

Trade FAQ

Questions buyers often ask

Anything else? Contact us and we will get back to you.

What is your minimum order?

It depends on the stone and how it is sold. Bulk rough is usually quoted by the bag, tonne or container; finished pieces can start much smaller, and mixed-stone orders are welcome. Tell us what you need and we will say what is possible.

Can I see samples before a bulk order?

Yes. We can send a sample pack by courier before you commit to a larger order. The cost of the samples and the courier is confirmed with you in advance.

Why is there no price list?

Crystal prices change with grade, size, colour and supply from the mines, so a fixed list would quickly be wrong. Each quotation (proforma invoice) lists the stones, grades, sizes, quantities, packing, Incoterm, price and how long the offer is valid.

Will I see the actual goods before they ship?

Yes. For bulk lots and selected pieces we send photos or videos of the goods we have set aside for you, and pack them only after you approve.

How are treated stones labelled?

Any treatment (heated, dyed, coated, stabilised, reconstituted) is named on the quotation, the invoice and the packing labels. Our quality page explains each label.

Which HS codes do crystal shipments use?

Rough or simply sawn stones are usually classified under heading 7103.10, worked stones (polished, tumbled) under 7103.99, and articles such as carvings under 7116.20. Some materials, such as selenite (gypsum), fall under other chapters. The final code for each shipment is confirmed with the customs broker for the destination.

What payment terms do you offer?

Payment terms are set out on each proforma invoice. Bank transfer is standard; other terms can be discussed for regular buyers and larger orders.

How long does an order take?

It depends on whether the goods are in stock or need sorting, cutting or sourcing. The quotation gives an estimated dispatch date, and we update you at each stage until the goods ship.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship by sea, air and courier to most countries. Some destinations have extra import rules or paperwork; we check them with you before you order.

Tell us what you need
